In regards to changing of the room, as we are a very popular hotel in Stone Town, we were fully booked on the specific day, its why were were not able to accommodate you into another room, otherwise we would have right away. In regards to the bed being short, all our beds are a standard size meeting all requirements, all our beds are beautifully hand made by local Zanzibarians which we take pride in as we support the community and in return we get something truly authentic and beautiful, but we do apologise as this seems not to your taste.
